5 Favourites // November Edition

The socks I am choosing each morning are getting thicker and thicker and the heating has been ramped up. Winter is officially here people! Christmas is only 26 more sleeps away!! Holy guacamole. I'M SO EXCITED ! So to end November on a bang, here are my 5 favourite things of this nippy month of November.

1. WINTERY LANTERNS

Lanterns aren't just for the outdoors - scatter your front room with these twinkly beautys, turn off all the lights and sit back & unwind. Having candles as the only light source in a room gives such a cosy wintery feel to the house that only a Christmas tree can out-do! How To // Homemade Vanilla Lip Scrub

I love Winter. Every single thing about it. Wearing 5 layers of knitwear so my body's a sauna but my face and toes are freezing regardless of how many pairs of socks I put on, the turning on of the Regent Street lights, stuffing my face with Currywurst at the fireworks, making tummy-warming homemade soups and taking bubble baths to warm my chilly toes.

Top 10 Winter Coats

As a general rule of thumb I dress for comfort, so what with winter finally deciding to grace us with it's presence, I will be well and truly in my element. Fur coats, bobble hats, mittens- you name it, I will be engulfed in it all. No nippy weather is breaking through my cosy barrier, no siree.

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

There's so many yummy things you can rustle up with one Pumpkin. It's like the turkey at christmas. SO many possibilities. I've decided to do Pumpkin 3 Ways - Pumpkin Choc Chip Cinnamon Cookies, Thai Curried Pumpkin Soup and a Pumpkin, Honey & Cinnamon Face Mask! The dessert should always come first, it would be rude not to, so let's start with the cookies (mainly because William's not here yet so I can have the cookie dough mixture bowl to myself :) )
