10 Favourites // March Edition

Looking back over the last 30(1) days and deciding which have been the best bits to share with you has become one of my favourite things to do. After squashing my Jan/Feb Edition into one post, I've decided 5 things just isn't enough. Too many happy events happen in a whole month - 10 favourites it is!

March has been my best-loved month of 2015 so far. My motivation wasn't at it's highest in February but March has been a whole new ball game... I think it helped having a certain little ball of fluff bumbling around the house for a week… :)

Sticky Hot Cross Buns

The Betty Stamp Lifestyle Sticky Hot Cross bun recipe

Toasted, buttered and stuffed full of currants is how I enjoy my Easter hot cross bun. And what better way to make my (your) Thursday a happier one than to fill your kitchen with the scent of cinnamon and freshly baked buns!

The Duck and Waffle // London

Duck and Waffle London Restaurant Review The Betty Stamp

A Blissful Afternoon Tea at Betty's

bettys afternoon tea the betty stamp

If you love all things quintessentially British and you're familiar with the north of England, then you've most likely been well acquainted with Betty's Tearooms. I spent my weekend being thoroughly spoilt by William and his family in York and treated to the most beautiful afternoon tea, jam-packed full of clotted cream scones, (pronounced 's-gones' not 'sg-owns' as I'm a southern softy) mini macarons and generously stuffed sarnies.

Meet JANEMADE

These incredible creations JaneMade breathes life into from just the nib of a pencil leave me flabbergasted every time. I find my eyes glued to the laptop screen for a good 5 minutes baffled by the detail and character she brings to her bespoke drawings. I've been very excited to write this post as Jane herself was kind enough to divulge a few secrets behind her intricate designs and how JaneMade came about.
