Meet Emily Victoria Beauty

I can't think of a more perfect way of spending my rainy Tuesday afternoon than in the company of the lovely bubbly Emily Victoria in her stylish salon in Mortlake, South London.
Emily took over ownership of the salon last September and has since packed the salon's menu with a tantalising array of treatments, irresistible monthly offers & a personality that you can't help but find contagious. Every time I've been there, without fail, Emily has made me feel so relaxed and giddy with happiness that I don't want to leave. She's better than chocolate.

Now, I like to think I played a tiny part in Emily's journey to salon success. Having been one of her very first clients when we were 8 years old and she insisted on us playing 'makeovers', I like to think she learnt a lot of her skills using trial and error on my poor face! Although I have to admit, her taste in make up has dramatically improved since! Thank god. Or I wouldn't be writing this post.

Regardless of her being one of the most wonderful friend's, she is truly the most hard working and caring beautician I've been to. Constantly making sure her clients are comfortable, relaxed and getting the best treatment they possibly can.

In my case, a scrummy cup of tea and blue glittery shellac nails!

I thought I'd ask Emily if she could share a few of her most sought after products & treatments and  give us a taster of her Must-haves for this Winter.

// Environ C-Boost

A Clarifying cream containing a highly effective form of Vitamin C to strengthen capillary walls, brighten the complexion, and provide optimum levels of hydration.

//AVST Moisturiser

5 Varying strengths of Vitamin A enabling the skin to become accustomed to the active ingredients while gaining maximum long term benefits.

And it's not only Emily who loves this product, it's had rave reviews

The Sunday Times Style Magazine even did a spread on Environ so have a good read online

My next question posed was which were her most popular treatments at Emily Victoria

The Slimming Contour Body Wrap // a clay detoxifying wrap to lose inches. (After my Christmas eggnog coma I have a feeling I will be needing one of these)
£60 for 1 hour

The Environ Vitamin Facial // an electric facial to stimulate the collagen and elastin within the skin.
£67 for a 55 min treatment.

Lycon Hot Wax - an alternative for the more sensitive client.
£ Varying depending on which area(!)

Have a peak at her full list of treatments here

I can't stop staring at my glossy glitter nails, they're so festive! They look like little fireworks on my fingertips, right on time for Bonfire Night!

I'm off to stare at my nails some more. N'night
